Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 07 days after order delivery, only if:
- Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differed from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package, including labels and original packing, etc.
In such cases, claims can only be accepted if they are made within 7 days after order delivery.

Please email pictures of the defective item to help@mariab.us or call at [PHONE PLACEHOLDER] within 7 days after order delivery in case you need to raise a dispute. The Maria.B Designs team will review each dispute on an individual basis and will make every effort to be fair to both parties.

Once we receive the item, our team will review the damage. Once the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned on the invoice and send it with the next order placed by the customer.
The customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and related costs (customs charges, etc.).
Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unstitched articles once stitched will not be entertained.
M. Luxe Fabric once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: For returns and exchanges, a prepaid return label will not be provided.

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. The order amount can be refunded either by direct transfer back to the cardholder's account, or a voucher can be issued per the buyer's preference, which can be used toward a future online purchase at Maria.B.
Maria.B Designs may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, found damaged during quality check, a technical error such as incorrect pricing, or a declined credit card or PayPal payment.

As an official vendor of Maria.B, we make every effort to ensure that product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Please note, however, that there may be minor differences between product images on the website and the actual product. Such variations may occur due to extra embellishments used during photo shoots, which may differ slightly from the original products. Please keep in mind that colors in pictures may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting during the photo shoot, your device display settings, or printing quality of the catalog and/or inlay cards.
