How to measure
Shoulders
Measure straight across the back between the ends of the shoulders.
Bust
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust. Keep it parallel with the floor.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest point of your hips, keeping the tape level.
Length
For trousers, measure a similar pair from waistband to hem. For shirts or gowns, compare garment length with an outfit you own.
